Outpatient
Therapist –Full time and Fee for Service hours are available. All candidates must have a Master degree.
License and Drug and Alcohol experience preferred.
Medical Records
Support Staff –Full and part time positions available. This position requires good communication skills,
computer knowledge and able to handle a fast pace schedule.
Adult Residential
Resident Assistant – Full and part time positions available working in Adult Residential. Must have
experience working in residential program. Various schedules available.
CNA – Full time position working in Adult Residential. Requires a Certified Nursing Assistant license.
Intellectual Disabilities
Supports Coordinator -Works with individuals diagnosed with ID or Autism and their families to access
services and supports in the community. Bachelor Degree in Human Services required.
Intake Coordinator – Full time position. Requires a Bachelor degree in Human Services and prior
experience working as a Supports Coordinator.
Supports Coordinator Supervisor- The ID Supports Coordinator Supervisor performs and executes tasks
and duties which are delegated by the Director of the Division of Intellectual Disabilities Services; assists
the Director with the daily operations of the department; provides direct supervision of Supports
Coordinators and provides case coverage when applicable.
Filing Clerk – Full time position providing assistance to the Intellectual Disabilities Department Office
Manager. High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Outpatient and Drug & Alcohol
Co-occurring Drug and Alcohol Counselor– We are seeking a counselor, part time, who is highly
passionate about working with youth/TAY (ages 14-25). This position requires a minimum of an
Associate Degree in Human Services, CADC certification and 2 years clinical experience in a human
services field. Master Degree, professional licensure and addiction certification highly preferred.
Forensics
Psychiatrist – Part time position in Forensic program. Must have MD license and board certified.
CPS (Certified Peer Support) – Part time position working with individuals with serious and persistent
mental illness and forensic involvement. Must have valid CPS Certification and Driver license.
Case Manager – Full time position working with individuals with serious and persistent mental illness
and forensic involvement. Bachelor degree in Human Services required.
Assertive Community Treatment
ACT Nurse– Full time position working with individuals diagnosed with severe and persistent mental
illness. RN required.
Field Therapist – Full time position working with individuals diagnosed with severe and persistent
mental illness. Master degree in human services required and license eligible.
ACT Substance Abuse Specialist – Full time position providing community substance abuse use
disorder support to clients with severe and persistent mental illness. CADC or CAADC required.
Bachelor or Master degree in Human Services and CADC or CCDP preferred.
ACT analyst – Full time position. High school diploma required, bachelor degree preferred.
Child and Family
Mental Health Professional- Full time position in the Family Based program. Requires Master Degree in
Human Services and experience providing therapy to children and family members with a mental health
diagnosis.
Mobile Therapist – Full time position providing therapy to children and adolescents. Master degree and
experience required.
Administrative Case Management
Case Manager– Full time position working with adults. Provides assistance in applying for and acquiring
Social Security and Medical Assistance as well as link clients to resources and supports. Bachelors degree
in Human Services required.
PATH
Case Manager– Full time position working with homeless population. Bachelors degree in Human
Services required.
Blended Case Management
Case Manager – Full time position in case management. Requires a Bachelor degree in Human Services.
Office Manager – Full time position. This position requires good communication skills, computer
knowledge and able to handle a fast pace schedule.
