Intellectual Disabilities
Supports Coordinator – Full time position working with children, adolescents and adults diagnosed with intellectual disabilities and their families to access services and supports in the community.  Bachelors degree in Human Services required.

Administrative Case Management
None at this time.

PATH
PATH Administrative Assistant – Part time position assisting with filing, data entry, and client calls as needed. HS diploma required.

Child and Family
None at this time. 

Outpatient
Therapist –Full Time or Fee for Service hours are available. All candidates must have a Master’s degree and license preferred. Drug and Alcohol experience preferred.

Billing and Client Management Specialist – Full time position.  Assists in billing and ensuring the appropriate opening and closing of cases.  HS diploma required.

LPN – Part Time position in Outpatient program.  LPN License required.

Intake Support – Full time position Monday through Friday 8-4.  Good communication skills, computer knowledge, HS diploma required.

Adult Residential
Resident Assistant –Full and Part time positions available working in Adult Residential. Must have experience working in residential program. Various schedules available.

Blended Case Management
Case Manager– Full time position in case management. Requires Bachelor’s degree in Human Services and experience working with individuals diagnosed with a mental illness.

Training Specialist – Full time position training new hires and provides case management services.  Requires Bachelor’s degree in Human Services and experience working with individuals diagnosed with a mental illness.

Forensic Services Program
Psychiatrist – Part time position working with individuals diagnosed with a mental illness and forensic involvement.

Assertive Community Treatment Team
Team Leader – Full time leadership position responsible for all daily operations for the ACT team.  Masters degree and professional licensure required.

Drug and Alcohol
Co-Occurring Drug and Alcohol Counselor
– Part time position available working with adolescents and transitional aged youth.  Requires a minimum of Associate’s Degree in Human Services, CADC Certification, and two years clinical experience in a human services field, preferably in a Drug and Alcohol or Co-Occurring facility.
