Intellectual Disabilities
Supports Coordinator – Full time position working with children, adolescents and adults diagnosed with intellectual disabilities and their families to access services and supports in the community.  Bachelors degree in Human Services required.

Administrative Case Management
None at this time.

PATH
PATH Administrative Assistant – Part time position assisting with filing, data entry, and client calls as needed. HS diploma required.

Child and Family
Mobile Therapist – Part time position.  Requires Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling Psychology.
Mental Health Professional -Full time Master’s level position with experience in Family Based Services model.

Outpatient
Therapist –Part Time or Fee for Service hours are available. All candidates must have a Master’s degree and license preferred. Drug and Alcohol experience preferred.
Billing and Client Management Specialist – Full time position.  Assists in billing and ensuring the appropriate opening and closing of cases.  HS diploma required.
APH Therapist – Full time position in our APH program.  Requires a Masters degree in Human Services and experience providing therapy to individuals diagnosed with mental illness.
LPN – Part Time position in Outpatient program.  LPN License required.
Intake Therapist – Full Time position as our Intake Therapist.  Requires a Masters degree in Human Services and experience working with persons with serious and persistent mental illness.

Adult Residential
Resident Assistant –Full and Part time positions available working in Adult Residential. Must have experience working in residential program. Various schedules available.

Blended Case Management
Case Manager– Full time position in case management. Requires Bachelor’s degree in Human Services and experience working with individuals diagnosed with a mental illness.

Forensic Services Program
None at this time.

Assertive Community Treatment Team
None at this time.

Drug and Alcohol
Co-Occurring Drug and Alcohol Counselor
 – Full time position available working with adolescents and transitional aged youth.  Requires a minimum of Associate’s Degree in Human Services, CADC Certification, and two years clinical experience in a human services field, preferably in a Drug and Alcohol or Co-Occurring facility.
