Walk-In Hours

Monday-Thursday: 8am-3pm

Friday: 8am-12pm

Documents Needed for Intake

 Identification (Driver’s license or state ID) including social security number

 Proof of Bucks County residence

 Insurance cards/information

 Proof of family income, if you have no insurance (last year tax form, paystubs)

 If you have no insurance your fees are based on your family income. If you have no income please bring a notarized letter stating you are not working and have no income.

 Name/Phone numbers of emergency contact and Primary Care Physicians

 Advance Directives, if applicable

 Custody paperwork, if applicable

Insurance

Accept Medical Assistance, Medicaid, Medicare, and Uninsured. Limited Commercial Insurance accepted, copy of card required prior to intake.

Intake is a process whereby information is obtained from the individual, including demographic information, insurance and financial information, assessing the reason for seeking treatment and over all general history including family information, past treatment, educational, medical, employment and social areas along with support system and strengths. 

How to Seek Services?

Penndel Mental Health Center (PMHC) offers walk-in hours for intake. During the intake process, trained Mental Health Professionals complete a clinical assessment by gathering information to best recommend services. PMHC offers a variety of therapeutic and support services.
