How to Seek Services?

Penndel Mental Health Center (PMHC) offers walk-in hours for intake. During the intake process, trained Mental Health Professionals complete a clinical assessment by gathering information to best recommend services. PMHC offers a variety of therapeutic and support services.

Monday-Thursday: 8am-3pm

Friday: 8am-12pm

Sat: Appointment Only

Agency Hours

Monday-Thursday: 8am – 8pm

Friday: 8am – 5pm

Saturday: 9am – 3pm

Insurance Accepted

Medical Assistance, Medicaid, Medicare, and Uninsured.

Limited Commercial Insurance accepted, copy of card required prior to intake.

Outpatient Program

The Outpatient program offers Individual, group, family therapy and couples counseling. Session frequency varies between weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly (Clients seen on a quarterly basis are in the maintenance stage of recovery and require special permission). This program is not time limited and sessions last as long as required per individual treatment plan and goal achievement.

Psychiatric evaluations and medications management is offered to all Outpatient clients. In order to participate in medication management services, clients must see an individual therapist to maintain chart compliance with PA Outpatient Regulations and specific payor guidelines.

Outpatient currently offers nine groups with varying topics related to specific diagnoses and skill building. Groups and all other outpatient services are voluntary in nature and referred based on client need.

Target population: Children, Adolescents and Adults diagnosed with mental health and co-occurring disorders. Services can be accessed through Walk-In Intake, referral from hospital, court system.
