Current Openings

Outpatient

Nurse Navigator – Part time position.  Requires a Nursing Degree/Licensure (Registered Nurse) and a minimum of five years of experience in the mental health field.  Must have excellent clinical, organizational, and interpersonal skills and a valid driver’s license.
 

Licensed Therapist –Full time hours are available. All candidates must have a master’s degree in human services and LPC, LMFT or LCSW. Drug and Alcohol experience preferred.

Therapist – Full time position.  All candidates must have a master’s degree in human services related field. And proof of clinical internship. 

Support Staff, Medical Records – Full and part time positions available. This position requires high school diploma, strong communication skills, computer knowledge and ability to handle a fast-paced schedule.

 

PATH

Case Manager– Full time position working with homeless adults with mental health diagnosis. High school diploma and previous experience required. 

 

Assertive Community Treatment Team

Certified Peer Specialist – Full-Time position.  All candidates must have current CPS certification.

 

Child and Family

Mental Health Professional– Full time position in the Family Based program.  Requires master’s degree and experience providing therapy to children and family members with a mental health diagnosis.

Mobile Therapist – Full time position providing therapy to children and adolescents. Master’s degree and experience required.

Behavioral Health Tech – Full time position working with children. Requires high school diploma and 2 years of experience in the provision of behavioral health services OR registered behavioral health technician certification

Licensed Behavior Specialist – Full time position providing therapy in the community. Master’s degree and license required.

 

Adult Residential

Resident Advisor – Full and part time positions available working in Adult Residential program. Various schedules available.

 

Intellectual Disabilities

Supports Coordinator – Works with individuals diagnosed with ID or Autism and their families to access services and supports in the community.  Bachelor’s degree, RN, or high school diploma plus 12 college credits in human services required. 

 

Blended Case Management
 
Case Manager – Full time position in case management. Requires a Bachelor degree in Human Services.
