ROSE

Restaurant Outreach Support and Education (ROSE) Program

Launched in September 2025 in partnership with Health Management Associates (HMA), the Restaurant Outreach Support and Education (ROSE) Program is an initiative of Penndel Mental Health Center (PMHC), made possible through a grant from the Bucks County Drug & Alcohol Commission. This program is designed to support restaurant workers in Lower Bucks County by expanding access to life-saving education and resources.

The ROSE Program provides free Narcan (naloxone) training to restaurant staff, helping frontline food service workers recognize the signs of an opioid overdose and respond quickly and confidently. Through these trainings, we aim to reduce stigma around substance use, promote community safety, and connect participants with local recovery and support services.

Trainings are offered on-site and on a flexible schedule, making it easy for restaurants to participate without disrupting operations. PMHC is committed to empowering the hospitality community with the knowledge and tools needed to help save lives. If your restaurant is interested in scheduling a training or learning more, we welcome you to reach out to info@penndelmhc.org.

Trained Restaurants include:

Vault Brewing Company

21 Locks Brewing Company and Cafe

Continental Tavern

Clubhouse Diner

& More!
