Assistant Part-time
position at Elita House and in our ICRR department
Some
duties include: Ø
Select
constructive activities or situations suited to the resident’s specific
physical and emotional needs, and guides resident in activities, individually
or in groups, making adjustments in the program in accordance with
resident’s progress. Ø
Supervise
and assist residents to develop skills in the areas of personal health care,
nutrition, hygiene, and social skill development. Ø
Provide
individual instruction and assistance for residents when
appropriate. Qualifications/Requirements Ø
Valid
Driver's License required. Ø

Experience in MH Services preferred. Ø

MR
Case Manager
This is a Full-time position in our MR department.
Some duties include: Ø
Provide Assessment of needs, annual plan development, locate
appropriate services, coordinate services and supports, monitor services, and
refer to community and system resources. Ø
Meet face to face with individuals and families and community
members Ø
Act as an advocate for individuals in the community and with
public and private entities in that individual’s life. Ø
Assist individuals/families in obtaining financial,
transportation, recreation, respite, adaptive equipment, home adaptation
services, behavioral health and medical resources as needed. Qualifications
/ Requirements: Ø
Must
have a Bachelor's degree in a human service/educational field. Ø
Three
years experience working with special needs clients. Ø
Must

Therapist Full
Time position Some
duties include: Ø
Work
collaboratively with consumers on caseload to develop individualized service
plans. Ø
Completes
all other documentation as needed and required, and gathers all necessary
information including risk assessments as indicated. Ø
Assist
consumers through the following community-based activities and as defined by
individualized service plans: consumer outreach and engagement
instruction in and supervision of daily living activities linking with mental
health, substance abuse, and medical assessment, treatment and rehabilitation
services not directly provided by the program monitoring of service delivery. Ø
Assists
linking with community resources including housing, financial entitlement,
employment, and recreational resources. Qualifications
/ Requirements: Master’s Degree preferred in the Human Services field. Direct experience working with serious and persistent mental illness, and

the Medical Records department Some
duties include: Ø
Accepts
incoming telephone calls and refers them to an appropriate staff person, takes
messages, provides information and referral when possible. Ø
Monitors
daily schedule of clients, noting attendance, cancellations, and changes Ø
Receives
clients and visitors Ø
Accepts
payments for services and writes receipts when needed Ø
Assists
clients with calling for transportation, and completing appointment forms Qualifications

liaison with Children and Youth Agency, schools and other treatment programs. Qualifications
/ Requirements: Licensed

experience required. . Family Support Specialist Part-time
position in the Life Program department Some
duties include: Ø
Serve
as a liaison between parents and professionals. Ø
Work
as a mentor to parents by sharing skills about what works and what does not
work. Ø
Provides
general information and collaboration with other child serving system
professionals (e.g., Mental Health, Children and Youth, Education, Juvenile
Justice, Drug and Alcohol). Ø
Works
with community organizations in helping the family gain access and acceptance
in the community. Ø
The
Family Support Specialist will maintain client records. Qualifications
/ Requirements:
Ability to travel throughout
Experience working with children and families. High
School diploma required.
Coordinator Full-time
position in our APH / Top program. Ø
Oversees
PH/TOP services, and makes recommendations for continuous programmatic
improvements. Ø
Provides
daily operational supervision of PH/TOP staff, students, Peer Specialists and
volunteers including periodic performance evaluations, orientations, and
making recommendations for in-service training. Ø
Acts
as clinical team leader in clinical meetings. Functions as senior clinician to
assist staff in clinical decisions. Ø
Oversees
documentation and participates in all inspections, audits, surveys, and
quality improvement activities. Ø
Maintains
caseload and provides direct clinical services as needed. Qualifications
/ Requirements: Master
degree in clinical or behavioral health field. Two
years experience in a direct service provision. Supervision
experienced required. Must hold a license within the
behavioral health field.
