Outpatient Coordinator
Full-time position for Outpatient

Some duties include:

Ø  Provision of direct mental health services for, predominantly, adult population as per accepted standards of clinical practice

Ø  Oversees the coordination of outpatient service delivery including, but not limited to case distribution, caseload monitoring, new staff orientation, chart review, supervision, training, staff communications, etc.

Ø  Provides coverage for therapists on leave for Intake, PHP, TOP, etc.

Ø  This position entails a blend of approximately 70% Administrative/Supervisory duties and 30% direct service duties. 

 

Qualifications/Requirements

Minimum requirements include a Master’s degree, pertinent licensure (LSW preferred), and two years of direct service and supervisory experience in behavioral health, including a working knowledge of co-occurring disorders.

Licensed Child Psychiatrist
Part-time position working with adult clients in Outpatient.

 

Some duties include:

Ø  Performs psychiatric evaluations for the purpose of diagnosing the presence of mental illness and treatment planning.

 

Qualifications / Requirements:

Experience preferred in Outpatient services.

Child experience needed.

Family Based Therapist
Full-time

 

Some duties include:

Ø  Case management activities including, but not limited to: facilitating community integration, needs assessment and planning, service linkage and coordination, information and referral, transportation, education and training, advocacy on behalf of the family, assisting in relief services (in-home and out-of-home respite, recreation, day care), assessing and meeting FSS needs. Adhering to documentation requirements, facilitating interagency meetings, and discharge planning and coordination.

Ø  Treatment services, which are videotaped include, but is not limited to: individual and family therapy, sibling therapy, play therapy, parenting skills, behavior management techniques, coping skill building, crisis stabilization, improvement of family relationships, encouraging psychosocial competence in the home, school, and/or community, adjusting parenting approaches to the needs of the child, monitoring treatment goals, inclusion of all family members in the treatment of identified client, collaboratively develop and modify treatment plan goals, objectives, and outcomes with the family and other involved child-serving systems..

 

Qualifications / Requirements:

Must have Master’s degree in a field of human services plus experience in a CASSP system program.

Resident Assistant
ICRR program, Part-time shifts

 

Some duties include:

Ø  Select constructive activities or situations suited to the resident’s specific physical and emotional needs, and guides resident in activities, individually or in groups, making adjustments in the program in accordance with resident’s progress.

Ø  Supervise and assist residents to develop skills in the areas of personal health care, nutrition, hygiene, and social skill development.

Ø  Provide individual instruction and assistance for residents when appropriate.

 

Qualifications/Requirements

Valid Driver's License required.

Some Experience in MH Services preferred.

High School diploma required.

Experience working with adult clients preferred.

Part time fee-for-service position for an experienced mobile therapist.

 

Some duties include:

Ø  Provides community based, individual, and family therapy.

Ø  Participates with family in an ongoing manner, in the formulation, development, implementation and monitoring of treatment planning.

 

Qualifications/Requirements

Master degree required.

Fee-for-Service Behavior Specialist
Part-time positions working with children/families in our wraparound program (BHRS).

Some duties include:

Ø  Serves as a consultant to the mobile therapist or TSS while maintaining some direct contact with the child and family.

Ø  Works will all members of the treatment team to design and direct a behavior modification plan that will meet the needs of the child and family.

Ø  Provides instruction to other members of the treatment team (teachers, aides, family) in their roles and responsibilities in implementing the plan.

Ø  Participates in special child-specific, family-focused interagency service planning meetings.
Performs related duties as required/assigned.

 

Qualifications/Requirements

Licensed psychologist preferred or Master degree required.

Experience working with children and families.
